YNC's fees are based on a two-tier pricing system. Please see our List of Services for the sorts of tasks found in each of the two tiers. We make every effort to bill fairly, especially for bundled tasks that come from both tiers. We do not have a minimum time requirement beyond our basic 10-minute billing increment.
Tier I: Personal and Home Services - $42.00 per hour ($7 per 10 minute increment)
Tier II: Personal Business and Paperwork Assistance - $54.00 per hour ($9 per 10 minute increment)
50 cents/mile for mileage incurred on each client's behalf (subject to change).
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
For clients located outside of our “Core Neighborhood” (zip codes 22306, 22307, 22308, 22309, and 22314) and for services to all clients on holidays, weekends, or after-hours, we charge a flat fee to help cover our travel time. This fee will be waived if we have a concierge who lives in your area.
PAYMENT:
We respectfully request payment when services are rendered. Alternative arrangements can be made for clients who use YNC services on a regular basis.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Unless other arrangements are made, we keep normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, and we take the same holidays as the Federal Government.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:
Realizing that our busy lives sometimes dictate unforeseen changes, we thank you for making every effort to provide at least 24-hour notice of scheduling changes, including cancellations. We will do the same in return!
